Tusli Vivah In Kunkeshwar

Tulsi Vivah is one of the part of Diwali Festival in Hindu-Marathi culture. It is the ceremonial marriage of the Tulsi plant (holy basil) to the Hindu god Vishnu or his Avatar Krishna. This is also celebrated in kunkeshwar temple. There is one ancient plant of Tulsi in front of Jogeshwari Devi's Temple. All villagers come to enjoy this ceremony every year.
